Registration

Please log into / create your profile. If you have attended the ICN 2018 Regional Meeting or the ICN 2019 Congress, you can use the same login details.

Within the profile, you can register, review or submit an abstract. You can further download your letter of invitation, relevant confirmations and invoices.

Please select “Third Party Registration” if you would like to register another person or a small group (up to 9 pax) without creating a personal profile for the participant.

Please note that all participants’ names must be provided at the time of registration. It is not possible to purchase a registration and provide the name later. Mandatory details needed for the registration of the delegates: First name, Last name, Email address, Company details.

Group registration will be accepted for a group of 10 individuals or more.

Groups are entitled to one free registration for every 20 participants.

To register less than 10 people, please use the “third party” registration button.

For groups the same fees as for individual participants apply.

Names do not have to be provided at the time of registration but must be provided by the applicable registration deadline.

It is the responsibility of the group manager to ensure that each participant is only registered once.
