Within the profile, you can register, submit an abstract and book your accommodation. You can further download your letter of invitation, relevant confirmations and invoices.
Please select “Third Party Registration” if you would like to register another person or a small group (up to 9 pax) without creating a personal profile for the participant.
Please note that all participants’ names must be provided at the time of registration. It is not possible to purchase a registration and provide the name later. Mandatory details needed for the registration of the delegates: First name, Last name, Email address, Company details.
Group registration will only be accepted when the number of participants therein reaches a minimum of 10 individuals.
To register less than 10 people, please use the “third party” registration module.
For groups the same fees as for individual participants apply.
Names do not have to be provided at the time of registration but must be provided by the applicable registration deadline. It is the responsibility of the group manager to ensure that each participant is only registered once.

1To benefit from the fees for ICN Members, please ensure that you are an active member of an official ICN Member Organisation at the time of registration.
2The student status must be proved by a student ID or certified by a Head of Department and must be submitted within the applicable registration deadline.
3The registration fees apply only if the Student Assembly is booked separately. If the participant is registered for the whole Congress, the Student Assembly is included for free. If the Student Assembly is is booked separately, the registration fees apply. Pre-registration is required. The number of seats is limited.
The registration fees are exclusive of 5% local VAT. In the event that local VAT changes, the organisers reserve the right to adjust the registration fees accordingly.
Participants are advised to make their own arrangements with respect to entering the UAE.

Hotels in Abu DhabiA number of hotels in different categories have been pre-booked at preferential rates for the congress. Rates always include breakfast and local taxes. The hotels are located both near the congress venue and in the city center.
Book your hotel accommodation ahead of time and benefit from the best rates and selections.

Booking and Payment of Individual Hotel ReservationDelegates have the possibility to decide on the type of payment (bank transfer or credit card payment) until 5 March 2021.
If payment by bank transfer is chosen, a payment order will be sent out by e-mail to the requesting delegate. A bank transfer for the entire due accommodation amount (free of any bank fees) can be made by this date.
When using a credit card, K.I.T. Group will charge a non-refundable deposit of 35 EUR per room upon placing the booking. On 5 March 2021, K.I.T. Group will charge the remaining balance due for the hotel booking to all credit cards.
After 5 March 2021 only credit card payments are accepted. All hotel bookings are charged in Euros (EUR).
Should K.I.T. Group not receive payment on time or not be able to debit the provided credit card on 5 March 2021, the hotel reservation will be cancelled in line with the cancellation conditions.
Confirmation and InvoiceConfirmation of the hotel booking will be sent out upon receipt of the housing request and full credit card details or payment of the full accommodation value by bank transfer. The accommodation invoice will be sent out automatically to each delegate after 5 March 2021, or after full payment.
Changes and Cancellations
All changes and cancellations must be sent in writing (fax, letter or email) to K.I.T. Group. Please note that hotels will not accept any changes or cancellations directly. For cancellations received between 5 March 2021 and 5 April 2021, 50% of the total hotel booking amount will be charged by K.I.T. Group.
For cancellations received after 5 April 2021, no refunds will be possible. After this date, the full value of the reservation indicated on the hotel reservation form will be charged.
